Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing P&D Concealed Carry for your training and retail needs.

1. Training Classes

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled class will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class, or no-shows, will not be refunded but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

2. Retail Store Purchases

All sales of firearms, ammunition, and custom Cerakote services are final. We do not accept returns on these items due to safety and legal regulations.

For accessories and other non-firearm merchandise, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt is required for all returns.

3. Cerakote Services

Once a Cerakote project has begun, deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel before work has started, a full refund of your deposit will be issued.
